A few moments from the weekend - I could have stayed forever! San Diego and D.C. are so deliciously different, in the very best of ways, and I had so much fun exploring. The highlight came Saturday evening - in all of the colors and palm trees and perfect chilly air - the wedding of two dear friends, a small, candlelit affair in the soaring Immaculata basilica. Achingly beautiful stuff, and I hope it's not long before I make my way back.
